I’m a graduate of the Bachelor of Communication Studies (2009) with a major in journalism and a particular interest in online media.

Currently employed as a news editor, I have experience in both managing and writing content; my work has appeared in a number of publications including the New Zealand Herald, the Whakatane Beacon, the Western Leader, idealog.co.nz, nzgirl.co.nz, varsity.co.nz and slynkey.com. News aside, I’ve turned my hand to reviews, features, human interest stories, and other material such as newsletters, advertorial and blogs – some of which you’ll find here.

My interests include food, books, travel, music, photography and playing the role of spelling/grammar Nazi.
